Indoor Sports Complex
We propose to build Indoor Sports Complexes, which are weather-proof and can be used all year round. One such design envisages a state-of-the-art multi-level, multi-sport complex, spanning over an area of 13,350 SqM (1,43,646 SqFt) featuring the following sports facilities:
- Gymnasium (Cross Fit & Regular)
- Yoga/Zumba/Aerobics
- Basket Ball Court – 1
- Squash Courts – 4
- Badminton Courts – 4
- Lawn Tennis Courts – 2 (Outdoor)
- Table Tennis Tables – 4
- 5-a-Side Futsal Field – 1
- Synthetic Ice-Skating Rink – 1
- 18-Hole Mini Golf Course – Indoor
- Cricket Practice Nets with Bowling Machines – 2
- Cricket Simulator – 1
- Other Sports Simulators – 3
- Indoor Jogging Track
- Individual RiverPools – 4
- 25 M X 12 M Swimming Pool
- Steam/Sauna
- Kids’ Play Area
- Kids’ Interactive Area
In addition to these, the Sports Complex will also include:
- 50-Seater Projector Room with a large screen for screening of major sporting events

- First-Aid Rooms in all the floors
