Indoor Sports Complex

We propose to add value to Real Estate Projects, by partnering with developers, and establishing State-of-the-art Sports facilities in their projects. As a result, the developer will only need to have a customary “Club House” in the project – offering only a Convention Hall and a place to meet – whereas, we will build a full-fledged Sports Facility, which will essentially come with a service wrapper.

This will herald a paradigm shift in the concept of Sports Facilities in real-estate projects – where, hitherto, although a few sports facilities are provided for, but soon become largely dysfunctional due to the un-willingness to maintain them, owing to its financial implications. Now with the responsibility of maintaining and running the Sports Facility, resting entirely on us, the members can only look forward to availing it all-year-round with unhindered access to it and reap the resultant benefits of well-being and good health accruing from it.
